Staff and Adult Resources at Cublington Nursery School:
Our staff are both qualified and experienced and all have children of their own. A high staff to pupil ratio is essential in providing good quality care and so we have at least one member of staff to every eight children. For most of our sessions the ratio is kept at 1:5.
We recognise parents as the most important educators of their young children and so parents are welcome into nursery at any time – for voluntary work, to settle children in, to chat to staff about a child’s progress or simply to observe.
Occasionally we accept students on placements from schools or colleges. Unless they are registered these students will not have unrestricted access to children.
