Personal, Social and Emotional Development:

Within our environment children develop confidence and self respect.  They are encouraged to work and concentrate independently and to take part in group sharing, co-operating and communicating with adults and peers. Responsibility is encouraged by giving children small tasks to perform for themselves and the rest of the group, this helps children to become an integrated part of the group without losing their individuality.  Through activities, conversation and by praise and example, children are encouraged to learn acceptable ways to express their feelings and have respect for the feelings of others.
